Katie Rock received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and began her career at Latham & Watkins, where she worked on international project finance and white collar compliance matters. She subsequently founded a startup and served as Head of Legal at Cargomatic, a venture-backed technology company in Los Angeles.

Since founding Rock Legal in 2017, the firm has grown to a dedicated team of 10+ attorneys and paralegals who serve as extensions of clients' teams, balancing high-quality work with cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
